1. Service Cancellation Policy
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your service at any time. The cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months of service
- Access to all cloud resources will be terminated at the end of the billing period
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or support ticket
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining contract value may apply
- Services will continue until the end of the prepaid annual period unless otherwise agreed
- Early termination may result in loss of annual discount benefits
1.3 Enterprise & Custom Plans
Enterprise and custom service agreements have specific cancellation terms outlined in your service contract. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact your account manager for details.
Important: Data backup is your responsibility. We recommend downloading all data before cancellation, as data may be permanently deleted 30 days after service termination.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on the following conditions:
- Applies only to first-time customers within 30 days of initial sign-up
- Full refund of the first month's subscription fee
- Setup fees and add-on services are non-refundable
- Customer must request refund within 30 days of service activation
- Does not apply to discounted or promotional pricing
2.2 Service Outages & SLA Credits
In the event of service disruptions that breach our Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- Service credits will be automatically calculated based on downtime
- Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle
- No cash refunds will be provided for SLA breaches
- SLA credits are your sole remedy for service availability issues
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Setup and migration fees
- Domain registration and SSL certificates
- Third-party software licenses
- Custom development work
- Data transfer and bandwidth overages
- Consulting and professional services
Note: Refund processing may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
3.1 Cancellation Request Process
To cancel your service, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to "Billing & Subscriptions"
- Click on "Cancel Service" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, submit a support ticket or email our billing team
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
3.2 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our billing department via email or support ticket
- Provide your account number and reason for refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or supporting information
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of services
- Abuse of system resources affecting other users
- Illegal activities or distribution of prohibited content
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Upon service cancellation:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You may request data export during this period
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
- Data recovery after deletion is not possible
- Backup services are available for an additional fee during the retention period
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any updates.
