Cloud Sales Manager (MSP)

We are seeking a results‑driven and customer‑focused Cloud Sales Manager to join our MSP team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience selling cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure and managed IT services. The role involves owning the end‑to‑end sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and driving recurring revenue through MSP offerings
Job Summary:- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for cloud and managed services.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle including lead qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, and closure.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to design Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and map them to cloud transformation use cases.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by upselling and cross‑selling MSP services.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cloud RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Coordinate with cloud partners and OEMs to support joint sales initiatives.
- Experience selling Azure‑based or Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Microsoft certifications or cloud sales training.
- Experience working with mid‑market or enterprise customers.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
